This 3 day program will run players through a professional style regimen. The program was designed by professional players/trainers and is the same type training that professional follow through their off season. Players will leave this program with a structure to follow for their off season.
Each day will consist of Baseball specific skills, Strength, Speed, and Conditioning.
When: December 28th, 29th, and 30th
